Every video gets an ID
the moment it is uploaded.

A title becomes three tokens: a coarse topic, then finer refinements. Videos that share a prefix are related, and a video nobody has watched gets its ID the moment its title is encoded. The recommender predicts the next video from the semantic IDs of the ones you watched, learned from 100,000 real MicroLens watch sequences.
